Access data/server log files
The provider (or its webspace provider) collects data regarding each access to the Offer (known as server log files). The access data include:

Name of the website and file accessed, date and time of access, volume of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the page previously visited), IP address and the requesting provider.

The provider only uses the protocol data for statistical evaluations for the purposes of operation, safety and optimization of the Offer. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently review the log data if, based on concrete evidence, there is legitimate suspicion of illegal use.

Handling of personal data
Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes their name, e-mail address and telephone number. However, personal data also includes information about their preferences, hobbies and memberships or which websites they have viewed. When a user contacts the provider (by contact form or e-mail for example), the user’s information is stored for the purposes of processing the query and in case follow-up questions arise.

 

Integration of third-party services and content
This online Offer may contain content from third parties, for example videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps or graphics from other websites. This always presumes that the providers of this content (hereinafter called “Third-parties”) obtain the IP address of the user. because without the IP address, they cannot send the content to the user’s browser. The IP address is therefore required for this content to be presented. We try to only use content whereby the provider uses the IP address only to deliver the content. However, we have no control over whether the Third-party stores the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Where we are aware of such activity, we notify the user thereof.

 

Revocation, changes, corrections and updates
The user has the right to request, free-of-charge, information about the personal data stored him/her. In addition, the user has the right to have inaccurate data corrected and personal data blocked or deleted, provided there is no legal obligation for such data to be retained.

However, data being obtained by unauthorized persons or even falsified during transfer cannot be excluded. If you send us confidential inquiries, you should therefore electronically sign or encrypt them if necessary.

You have the right to request information regarding the personal data stored about you and, furthermore, you have the right to demand the correction of incorrect data as well as the blocking and deletion of data.

Integration of YouTube videos

(1) We have integrated YouTube videos into our online Offer, which are stored at http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. [These are all integrated in the “extended data protection mode”, i.e. no data about you as a user is transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos is the data specified in paragraph 2 transferred. We have no influence over the transfer of this data.]
(2) When you visit the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data specified in Section 3 of this privacy statement is transferred. This takes place regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account that you are logged into or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data is assigned directly to your account. If you do not want the activity to be assigned to your YouTube profile, you must log out before clicking the button. YouTube saves your data as a usage profile and uses it for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. Analysis of this kind is undertaken in particular (even for users who are not logged on) for the purposes of providing needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network of your activities on our website. Integration of Google Maps

(1) On our website we use Google Maps from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”). Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (land) maps in order to visually represent geographic information. By using this service we can show you our location and help you plan your journey.
(2) As soon as you access the sub-pages containing a Google Maps map, information about your use of our website (e.g. your IP address) as well as the data specified in Section 3 is transferred to and stored on Google’s servers and may also be transferred to the Google LLC servers in the US. This takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged into or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data is assigned directly to your account. If you do not want the activity to be assigned to your Google profile, you must log out before clicking the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged on) as a usage profile and analyses it. Collection, storage and analysis take place in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on Google’s legitimate interests in displaying personalized advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of Google websites.
